NASEOH values the support and contributions of its donors and stakeholders. Donations made to the organization are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

If you believe that a transaction has been made in error, you may contact us within a reasonable time with relevant details for review. Any eligible refund will be processed after verification and may take a few working days to reflect.

For event registrations or program-related payments, cancellation requests may be considered based on the specific terms of the program. NASEOH reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests.
